Clean and comfy but watch the carpet!
The room was super comfy, and they had everything we needed like a microwave and fridge. It was spotlessly clean, and plenty of towels were provided. Had a nice coffee setup too. Only bummer was the carpet—it was kinda dirty and sticky, which was a letdown. Great location though, easy to get around!

The King Room impressed with spacious layout and comfortable furnishings that made relaxation easy after a long journey. A prime location near the waterfront provided enjoyable strolls, taking in the sea breeze and scenic views.
The self-check-in process felt more complicated than it needed to be, requiring excessive personal details just to gain access. Check-in time at 3 PM seemed quite late, especially when I was presented with a hefty fee to check in earlier, and the check-out time of 10:30 AM felt a bit rushed. securing the remote access codes turned into a headache, as I ended up assisting other guests who faced the same issues with communication regarding entry.

Just a reliable pick for a brief retreat in Plymouth with definitely value for money. The room was decent but a bit stuffy, could’ve used a fan. Best to book parking ahead for no surprises later.

Loved the clean King Room and the comfortable bed, perfect after a long day out. I enjoyed kickin' back in the cozy lounge and taking a nice stroll on the patio. Just be careful with the online check-in, as it can be a bit confusing at first! 😊

The room was pretty clean and had all the basics covered. The smart TV was a nice touch, and having a kitchenette meant we could whip up some late-night snacks. It felt cozy overall. the carpet was a bit dirty, which wasn’t great. Still, for what we paid, it was decent for a short stay!
